MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY'S REPORT FOR 2008

Most membership changes were dealt with in August so the current lists can now be used to produce the Members Handbook for 2009.

There was some confusion between branches, membership secretary and the treasurer until it was realised that many amendments on the membership secretary's list had not been added to the list sent by BBKA to the treasurer. This will not happen again once a new computer system is installed at BBKA headquarters.

Beginners' Packs are now sent out within one or two weeks of details being received by the BBKA.
